China Bans Gold Medalist From Attending Games (Wizbang Sports)

That didn't take long.

China is already showing her true (intolerant of dissent) colors by revoking the visa of a nonparticipating athlete in the person of former speedskating gold medalist and Darfur activist, Joey Cheek. Story here.

Personally, I hope China continues to make an ass out of herself--and, indirectly, the International Olympic Committee for selecting Beijing in the first place--during these Games.

They both can't be more deserving of the scorn and ridicule hopefully heaped upon them.
