With 3:50 left in the first half we have a tie score at 28-28. Kansas is hitting 60% against the Tiger's 42% from the field. Both teams are struggling from the stripe with Kansas going 1-4 and Memphis 3-8.

So far, it's a sloppy first half. Kansas has a lead in rebounding by eight but they also have a turnover lead by eight.

Kansas scored the last five points of the half to go in at 33-28. The last 1:00 was terribly played by Memphis and might set the stage for a bad second half.
