Wow.

Yeah, it was inevitable, he had to retire eventually. And if anybody deserves the hours of ESPN coverage devoted to his retirement, then it's Brett Favre.

What a bummer for us fans. But what great memories he gave us all.

He has been and will continue to be one of my favorite players. Ever. And he's not even a Raider.

Good for you, Brett! It's been a pleasure to watch you play the game.

Enjoy your retirement. It's well deserved, #4.
