This braindead, what-the-hell-does-this-have-to-do-with-the proceedings question comes to us from Representative William Macy Clay, Democrat of Missouri during his opportunity to question Roger Clemens about his alleged steroid use:
Macy asked, ""What uniform you will wear into the Hall of Fame?"
I can see your blank stare now. I don't get it, either.
To Clemens' credit, he smiled and replied, ""Can I state that I didn't hear that question?"
He could've told him he'd wear the Oakland Raiders uniform to the Hall of Fame and dimwitted Macy wouldn't have known the difference. Moron.
(Other than that idiotic question, today's hearing has been quite dramatic with lots of holes being punched in McNamee's and Clemens' stories and, more interestingly, the Mitchell Report itself.)
