FBI Opens Inquiry Into Clemens' Testimony

To no one's surprise really, the feds are going to waste our hard-earned money (aka: tax dollars) and look into whether or not pitcher Roger Clemens lied about use of performance-enhancing drugs to Congress, reports ESPN.

Whew, boy I'm glad the feds are looking into this! My life certainly couldn't have gone on had they not!

Geezus.

Don't get me wrong, if Clemens lied, that's a bad thing. But come on, did a matter in a private company (MLB) really have to come before Congress in the first place?

No, but here we are.

Well you all read my articl... (Below threshold)

Well you all read my article on this. Call everyone else in and ask them if they took roids (Shaq too). Ask them all, then if you don't like the answers go after them. When you are finished with that we can compare that bill to the war in Iraq. Move on. Focus on keeping kids off Roids. End the witch hunt.
