And Someone Out There is Giving Snowman 12.5 points and the Giants?

This is actually a very good football game. The Giants are still in it and should be in the lead. They have been in the red zone all night and have only 3 points to show for it. An interception that was clearly not Manning's fault and a penalty are the only reasons that the Giants aren't winning. We'll see if this comes back to haunt them.

So far, here's the deal. The Giants have dominated the game except for one really nice drive by Brady and company. But dominating don't mean squat when you aren't putting numbers on the board.

Brady has been shut down so far and Randy Moss will likely give us all some good quotes later as he has been a complete non-factor.

The second half should show some fireworks but so far, Snowman is in great shape.

Danny Strickland:

That interference call had zero to do with the outcome of the game or the state of the game when I wrote this. I agree it was desperation and the old UGA Bulldog almost pulled it in anyway but the Pats punched it in anyway so no real impact.

The panalty was when the Giants had the ball well within field goal range and the running back batted a fumble forward. The ensuing penalty pushed them out of field goal range.
