Missouri Throttles Arkansas 38-7

The hype was that two Heisman Trophy finalists, Darren McFadden and Chase Daniel, squared off in the Cotton Bowl. Other than a glaring lack of performance, neither was part of the story.

Missouri's Tony Temple set a couple of Cotton Bowl records with 282 rushing yards and four touchdowns. Temple stunned the Arkansas defense and probably most Missouri fans as well. He averaged only 69 yards per game all year and tallied only eight touchdowns. Temple rolled up 37% of his season total rushing yards in one game!

McFadden did get 104 yards on 21 carries but all that did was prevent a humiliating shout out. The Razorbacks turned the ball over five times and the defense never showed up at all.

With McFadden not returning and possibly Felix Jones as well, do you think Bobby Petrino is concerned?
