Louisville Had a Linebacker? Who Knew?

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Louisville linebacker Lamar Myles will skip his senior season and enter the NFL Draft.

Myles led the Cardinals with 128 tackles during his junior year and was a second-team All-Big East selection, one of the few standouts on a defense that struggled during a disappointing 6-6 season.

Myles recorded double-digit tackles in six games, including a career-high 22 in a loss to Kentucky. Myles also ended 2007 with eight tackles for loss, three forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries.

In all seriousness the Winter Haven, Florida native was one of the only bright spots on an otherwise hapless defense that finished only behind Syracuse as the worst defense in the Big East.

Good luck with that whole NFL thing Lamar.
