I know Kevin Faulk has been getting the ball a lot lately for New England, but this is ridiculous. Guy has basically become their top offensive weapon. San Diego is all over the Patriots' receivers - not just Moss but Stallworth and Welker too. Quentin Jammer is playing a great game.
Who's not playing a great game for San Diego? LaDanian Tomlinson - cause he ain't in. And Philip Rivers is hurting them too I think. He's thrown two picks, and at least one of them happened simply because his bad knee won't allow him to get as much zip on the ball down the field. Rivers will come out for the second half, but if I'm Norv Turner, I seriously consider yanking him for Billy Volek. New England's D is soft in a lot of places and can be picked apart. Of course getting into the endzone is sometimes a problem.
Maybe it's the injury or maybe it's the cold, or maybe it's a little of both, but Philip Rivers is just not the same guy today. He ran off the field toward the end of the first half and didn't even talk smack with any of the fans.

RB Lawernce Maroney was Da Man. He had nearly 100 yds in the second half. Faulk made key plays, no doubt. But it was Maroney would made all the difference.
