THE STEPFATHER is a far better than usual crime/horror drama that is like a fictionalized version of an AMERICA'S MOST WANTED episode. In fact, AMERICA'S MOST WANTED even proudly featured...

He will never learn to tackle any other way.
He should not be allowed to play in the NFL.
That's his 3rd "horse collar" penalty this year.

Danzinski, you cannot hide on this blog and make fun of me. I found you after someone ratted you out.
Listen, I am not full of it. The rule is full of it. And to the person above, Roy Williams is a Pro Bowl safety. Show some damn respect.

"It's based on judgment, not science." from the landry hat site...
Without a doubt, that is the single most lame-brained and laughable argument against a call I've EVER heard. LOL! (You're right, Dan, his commentary IS amusing! And I'm not going to even touch the McNabb's "theatrics" comment.)
What call made by an official ISN'T a judgment call. (Hint: There's a reason there's no question mark after that statement.) The ONLY time science even comes near a football field is during a replay--and that's when TVs and replay are used. Moreover, horsecollaring isn't a reviewable offense. Better still, you'd have to blind, ignorant (or just a Cowboy fan) to say that that wasn't a horsecollar.
Roy Williams is a fine safety, who just happens to have a penchant for horsecollaring players.
Enjoy the day off, Roy. (Oh, and learn to tackle.)
