The Bears have 4 players with Super Bowl experience. Muhsin Muhammad, Dante Wesley, and Ricky Manning all played in Super Bowl XXXVIII with the Carolina Panthers. Fred Miller was with the Rams in Super Bowl XXXIV witht the St. Louis Rams.
The Colts have Ricky Proehl on the roster (Super Bowls XXXIV and XXXVI with St. Louis, and Super Bowl XXXVIII with the Panthers - I guess the 2003 Panthers were a pretty good team), but he's been inactive for the last few weeks. They also have Brandon Stokeley who won Super Bowl XXXV with the Ravens, but he's on IR. The Colts only have 2 active players with Super Bowl experience. One is Terrence Wilkins, who was in Super Bowl XXXVI with the Rams. The other one, and this one gives them the edge, is Adam Vinateri (Super Bowls XXXVI, XXXVIII, and XXXIX with New England).
Anyone want to argue that the Colts don't have the edge in experience?
I'll add one more factor: the Bears have more distractions: Tank Williams and the Gun Follies, and 2 players who are familiar with Miami. Devin Hester matriculated from the U (fear the U! - yes, that's right, the University of Miami). Adewale Ogunleye was drafted by the Dolphins. These guys plus extra time in Miami equals extra distractions.
But I still stand by my pick: Da Bears. They will overcome.

I love the blog that you have. I was wondering if you would link my blog to yours and in return I would do the same for your blog. If you want to, my site name is American Legends and the URL is:
www.americanlegends.blogspot.com
If you want to do this just go to my blog and in one of the comments just write your blog name and the URL and I will add it to my site.
Thanks,
David
