T.O. Prediction for the Weekend

Now that the furor over Terrell Owens's supposed suicide attempt has died down (for the record, I never believed it), it's time to look at his performance on the field.

From the lack of press coverage lately, you'd never guess that T.O. leads the Dallas cowboys in receiving: 49 catches for 654 yards and 7 touchdowns. He's also tied for the team lead in touchdowns (Marion Barber has 7 rushing touchdowns). Terry Glenn is second on the team in receiving with 36 catches for 456 yards.

So, quietly, the T.O. acquisition seems to be paying off for Dallas.

However, (you knew this was coming, right) his 3 best games were against Houston (3 TDs), Arizona (96 yds and a TD), and a struggling Carolina (9/107, no TDs). The big story over the last few games have been the catches he didn't make.

I can see T.O. disappearing during the next game with Indianapolis. He'll get 6-7 catches and 70-80 yards, but I'm looking for the reports on the yardage that got away.
