If you're just starting to follow Bronczilla's Off Season Power Rankings, the #1, #2, #3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and #8 Power Rankings can be read by following those links.
The number in parenthesis represents the number of points each team has. Teams began these power rankings in their first week with a number of points inverse to their standing in the rankings.
For example, the Patriots began as the #1 ranked team, so they started out with 32 points.
Transactions and the number of points granted this week for each transaction are listed beneath each team's name and ranking.
This round is based solely on the 2005 draft and uses an average of a Fox Sports and SI grading, ignoring “+” and “-“ gradings. For instance a grade of “A+” is considered simply an “A”, though positive and negative grading is considered for the purpose of rounding averages.
A = +2, B = +1, C = +0, D = -1, F = -2

The converted gradings read like this: Fox / SI / Average. So a “C-“ and a “B” would average to a +0, but a “C+” and a “B” would average to a +1.
When Dr Z gives a split grade, the lower grade is accepted.
1. Eagles (32 pts) +1 / +2 / +1
2. Chargers (30 pts) +2 / +1 / +1

9. Bills (26 pts) +1 / +1 / +1
10. Chiefs (26 pts) +2 / +0 / +1:
11. NJ Jets (25 pts) –1 / +0 / +0
. . .
21. Bengals (14 pts) +0 / +1 / +1
22. Cardinals (14 pts) +2 / +1 / +2: Denny Green ROCKS.
. . .
27. Buccaneers (10 pts) +2 / +1 / +2: I’m tellin’ ya, my boy Brian G is gonna have a stellar ’06. Ok, sure, I’m not reflecting that in my rankings, but the off season is young – ish.
28. Redskins (9 pts) +0 / +0 / +0
29. Bears (8 pts) +1 / +0 / +1: Does it really matter who the Bears draft? The team will fail to support and develop even the most talented of its picks, and if by some freak accident any of this year’s picks is worth a damn, the team will cut him when it comes time to negotiate the next contract rather than pay him what he’s worth.
