Thanks to its NFL � E allotment, Denver only had to cut down to 75 players today, rather than the mandated 65.

RB Mike Anderson and four other players were officially placed on IR (full list here.

Other players were less lucky . . . if you can call IR lucky.

S Ron Israel

LB Riall Johnson

DT Brandon Kennedy � Broncos S Kenoy Kennedy�s brother

OT Jemain Stephens

And CB Scott Turner were all cut.

In addition, CB / Coach Jimmy Spencer also announced his retirement, remaining with the team in his coaching capacity.
The next round of cuts will see more guys with better chances to see NFL action someplace this season.
