Neon is a Raven

Turn on the lights. Once again he’s back. In a return to his familiar cornerback position Deon Sanders will try to energize the Baltimore Ravens. He still has the 40 yard speed. But will he be the Neon we all know and some loved. Deon never had to deal with injury much since he avoided big time contact. He just dives at the legs when someone catches a pass. But it’s his nose for the ball and the ability to score points as a defensive player that makes him dangerous.

According to x-beach volleyball player Gabriel Reese, “Deon is a shy and quiet person who would transform himself by the time he hit the field”. The Ravens don’t much care about his personality all they want to see is Deon shutting down one side of the offense. Quarterbacks will test him until he can start scoring and picking off passes. Then the fear will set in and Deon will once again reign supreme as one of the best cover cornerbacks ever to step on the gridiron.

I hope Deon Sanders has a good year. He will play strong and tough coverage. But can he stay healthy and hungry enough throughout the regular season? Will he make an impact like he did years ago? Does Baltimore really need Deon on defense? Hey Deon go deep. You think the Ravens will allow Prime Time to play offense? I would send him deep like Randy Moss.

I would like to hear your comments on:
How long do you think he will last this season?
How many td's will he score on defense and special teams?
How many td's does he give up this season?
Will he make it through the entire season?
How many td's will he score on offense?
Will the Ravens make it to the playoffs?
