DePodesta

Greg DePodesta the General Maniac of the Dodgers has gone into his Alias routine. He didn’t hear the old adage, “Don’t try to fix what isn’t broke”. He must be a spy working for either the Padres or the Giants. That’s the only conclusion I can think of after trading almost a third of the starting line-up along with a couple of league leading bullpen pitchers? Now granted he could come out at the end of the season smelling like a rose if the deals he made pan out. But right now he smells like S _ _ _ . You get the drift.

Chemistry happens it can't be created. The Dodgers lead the NL West and the chemistry was great. Last night Darren Driefort disappeared in the 8th inning. As a result the Dodgers lost 2 games in the standings. This ended a productive month and could be the start to an August DePodesta would soon like to forget.

As October approaches the Dodgers could slide from the best to rest in peace. DePodesta will need protective gear or take cover in a underground bunker. Chavez Ravine could be a sight DePodesta becomes the most hated man next to Osama B. Jim Tracy would be the next Dodger to leave. DePodesta would blame him for a failed season giving him an opportunity to hire a new manager.

I thought you make a trade to help solidify a position to win a championship. Dodger fans everywhere are in shock waiting for DePodesta to walk in front of them so they can accidently clothes line him down the stadium steps. The buzz around the teams in the league after hearing the news about the Dodgers must be pure joy.

One plus one equals two. Obviously DePodesta has too much time on his hands. Let’s wait and see what transpires in the next month or so. We will give his new math a chance. We don’t have much choice.

apparently them Hahvahd boy... (Below threshold)
does it matter:

apparently them Hahvahd boys aant sooo wicked smaat. i can't believe that depodesta actually called penny an ace. he's at best and i mean at best a decent 3 or 4 starter in the rotation. and who the hell is our catcher right now? dreifort as setup man?! what in the world is depodesta smoking. and choi won't do that well in a park known to be a notorius pitcher's park. he will be good defensively but unless he learns quick how to line drive the ball, he's not gonna be doing anything anytime soon. and finley? he's freaking almost 40. and most likely he's not even coming back next year. and i'd be surprised if we can hold onto beltre and gagne. bring back lo duca and mota, depodesta, you idiot.
