Dave Lubach has written the shortest sports column I can remember. I've read captions longer than this. He's right though. The Packers should sign safety John Lynch if the price is right.

I was thinking the same about Denver. I don't think Lynch will be signed quickly. First he'll have to wake up to the reality that he isn't going to get a monster pay day. That'll take a couple weeks. Then he'll have to decide whether he wants to go to the highest bidder, or to a place he can finish his career with the best chance to win the SB.
He's made some good money already. He's tasted that SB win. He's had to swallow a losing season afterwards. I'm betting that he'll pick a quality organization that gives him a fair bonus over a loser that'll give him more money but will send him out as a loser in another year or three.
