Unless there is something else that hasnt emerged, this seems like a shaky case for the fedz. A few pressing questions arise. First, why 4 years, a super bowl ring and huge notoriety until charging him? Second, where is the coke? Third, who did most of the talking on tape? Fourth, if Fedz solicited Lewis on the phone, why is he charged with 'using a cellphone to conspire'? I am sure Lewis' Defense team has raised the same issues. It will be interesting to hear the fedz answers at trial (If it makes it that far).
