Yeah, but then if Oklahoma ... (Below threshold)1. Posted by Brian | January 5, 2004 6:01 PM | Score: 0 (0 votes cast)
Yeah, but then if Oklahoma had beaten Michigan we would have had to listen to the Sooner Nation whining all through the off-season. As it is, Oklahoma goes down twice, Jason White goes down twice, and lest one think K State belongs in the picture, they fall to Ohio State. The entire Big XII will be mighty quiet this Spring, except for the usual "wait til next year," cries.
Props by the way ... for the second year in a row USC got stronger and stronger as the season went on, and was scary good by the end.

"It was clear that they should not have been in the game; Heismann Trophy winner Jason White finished 13-for-37 for 102 yards with two interceptions. Ouch!"
I think LSU's outstanding defense had something to do with OU's offensive performance. Considering LSU's lackluster performance on offense and the stupid mistakes they made. It shows how dominating LSU's defense is.
It would be a great matchup LSU vs. USC.
Geaux Tigers!!!
