he is a very capable man... i think he's long overdue, and may prove guys like you to be wrong from your quarterback armchairs...

I think Cottrell going to Oakland would be great. I might even hate the Raiders a bit less if he were their head coach. And three years of 8-8 seasons should follow his hiring.
