Brunell "most definately" leaving Jags next season

Not exactly coming as a shock, but the Jacksonville Jaguars are set to lose the franchises first starting Quarterback and star next season as Mark Brunell confirmed that he "Without a doubt, most definitely," won't be back.

Mark Brunell clarified his status Wednesday: He definitely will not be a Jaguar next season. "Without a doubt, most definitely, I won't be back," Brunell said after meeting Wednesday morning with coach Jack Del Rio to clear the air about comments made by Del Rio earlier this week.

Del Rio announced Monday that Brunell would remain the No.3 quarterback behind Byron Leftwich and David Garrard for the rest of the season. Del Rio added on his radio show Tuesday that "in all likelihood, [Brunell] will resume his career on another roster."

Sad end to the Jacksonville career of the Jags first superstar.
