Who Can't Shoot?

LeBron James was tired of hearing that he can't shoot from the outside, so the Knicks had to pay the price. James had 17 points tonight, all from outside 16 feet, including hitting all three 3-point attempts, in a 94-80 win over New York.

"Every day in practice I go into the gym and I hear those voices that say I can't shoot," said James, who came in just 2-for-12 on 3-pointers. "I just keep working at it. I know they're going to fall for me, and tonight they did."

After six games, James ranks first among NBA rookies with 7 assists per game, and 2nd among NBA rookies in points (16.8), rebounds (7.7), and minutes (42) per game.
