Phillies Bolster Bully (Wizbang Sports)

The Philadelphia Phillies acquired stud closer Billy Wagner from the Houston Astros today, according to ESPN's Peter Gammons.

Wagner had pretty much sealed his fate after he slammed Houston owner Drayton McLain at the seasons end.

Philly gives up young pitcher Brandon Duckworth and multiple players to be named later.
