Pepper Spray Used to Break Up Gators, Noles

Following Florida State's 38-34 win over Florida Saturday, fisticuffs erupted after FSU players stomped on the "F" at midfield of the Swamp and were confronted by Florida players. There was pushing, shoving, thrown punches and helmets swinging.

Officials from both school and police interceded and pepper spray was used to break things up. Bobby Bowden apologized on behalf of FSU and Ron Zook said he would review the matter and take appropriate action.
