The Super Bowl champs are in total free fall. 4-6 Tampa Bay put wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson on the inactive list for the rest of the season. This was a surprise to Johnson who learned of the team's decision through his agent. The team will be holding a press conference later this afternoon to explain their action.
