Cincinnati's Corey Dillon got in a car accident before today's game against Seattle. Coach Marvin Lewis said Dillon was panicked when he called him. No one was hurt in the accident. Dillon didn't play which gave Rudi Johnson the start. He ended up rushing for 101 yards in the Bengals' win.
