UCF Has Nothing To Be Ashamed Of

As a UCF alumni I was, of course, very interested in watching them play Virginia Tech on ESPN today. I posted my thoughts on why the Golden Knights football team really doesn't have anything to be ashamed of over on my site.

Essentially, I thought that UCF really held their own for most of the game. A few big plays in the middle of the fourth quarter really broke the game open for Tech, otherwise UCF had a real chance of making it a squeaker.

UCF is rapidly becoming one of the better programs in the country. They're not top 25 material yet, but from the days of watching them struggle in I-AA, they have made great strides. I just hope they can keep it up.
